These terms govern your use of BookMastery.in, operated from India. By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to them.

The service

BookMastery provides study content -- notes and practice questions -- organized into books and topics. Some content is available as a free preview; full access requires an active subscription.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address to create an account.

Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout, in Indian Rupees.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll look into it.
• We may change subscription pricing for future billing cycles; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers in advance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your account credentials to circumvent the subscription model; attempt to scrape, redistribute, or resell our content; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Content

All study material on BookMastery -- notes, questions, and explanations -- is our property or used under appropriate license. You may use it for your own personal study, not for redistribution.

Disclaimer

BookMastery is a study aid. While we aim for accuracy, we don't guarantee that our content is error-free or that using it will result in any particular exam outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BookMastery is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BookMastery after a change means you accept the updated terms.
